At SHOEGR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your SHOEGR account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After we receive and inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
